Shipping

All orders ship from Canada.

Free shipping may be available on eligible orders over $99 CAD before taxes and after discounts.

Free shipping is not guaranteed and is offered at the discretion of Molotow Canada. Certain orders may be excluded from free shipping due to destination, package size, weight, carrier restrictions, hazardous goods requirements, remote delivery surcharges, rural or northern delivery zones, or unusually high shipping costs.

Remote, rural, northern, island, air-stage, or otherwise high-cost delivery areas within Canada may not qualify for free shipping. If your order is affected, shipping rates may be calculated at checkout, or we may contact you before shipment to confirm the shipping cost and available options.

Orders under $99 CAD will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and carrier availability.

Molotow Canada reserves the right to modify, limit, or remove free shipping offers at any time without notice.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, hazardous goods handling requirements, and peak shipping periods.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns & Damages

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

We only accept claims for items damaged during shipping. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
