Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our products and take care of any issues caused during shipping.
Returns
We only accept returns or claims for items that arrive damaged during shipping.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect items ordered, or products that have been opened or used.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
Refunds & Replacements
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will provide a resolution which may include:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund (where appropriate)
If we made a mistake with your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.
